Hartford, CT (September 26,2008)- My Sister's Place has decided not to pursue placing a day care center on a contaminated property on Pliny Street, Hartford after discussion with CT Coalition for Environmental Justice.

CCEJ had met with community members and My Sister's Place and recommended not to have the day care on the formerly contaimated site. If the site was to be chosen, CCEJ had urged My Sister's Place not to place the day care near contaminated spots on the property.
